Start your child’s horse journey with a 3 day afternoon experience to learn all the ins and outs of caring for communicating with and build a partnership with our equine friends.

Each day will start at 1:00pm and end at 4:00pm

Day 1 will be learning about how to care for our horses and their tack. We will go over stalls and pastures and feed and grooming and everything that we do to take care of our horses.

Day 2 will be our riding day. We will be going over how to properly tack up and untack a horse. We will go over how to walk with a horse and how we communicate with them on the ground and under saddle. We will also be practicing a pattern to learn some basic horsemanship riding skills.

Day 3 will be our show case of what everyone learned during their camp. There will be a small “show” of the horsemanship pattern for families to celebrate what their child had learned over the weekend.
